Tomomi Bokeko

Born and raised in Osaka, with roots in Fukuoka and Kagoshima.

After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, I began my career at a major consulting firm listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, followed by several roles in corporate sales.

After many years living in Tokyo and Osaka, I began to question whether “living where I worked” truly made me happy. In 2016, I decided to move to Okinawa to start “living where I truly wanted to be”.

I discovered freediving in 2017, and it completely changed the way I see life. Inspired by its impact, I wanted to share this incredible experience with others—so in 2018, I left my corporate job to pursue a new path through the ocean.
